New Arrival Information

Newly hired Army Medicine Civilians will receive time and location reporting information by e-mail.

New Army Medicine Civilians are told to report to the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Civilian Personnel Assistance Center (CPAC) located on 4th Street and Pendleton Avenue, building 2015. Reporting time is usually Monday mornings.

In processing at CPAC usually takes most of the morning. Upon completion, New Army Medicine Civilians are told to report to Madigan Army Medical Center, building 9040 at Civilian Human Resources located off the ground floor of the Medical Mall along the East Corridor.

Civilian Human Resources In/Out Processing is located in room G-57-8 and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Telephone number is (253) 968-2868.

New Army Medicine Civilians will then complete some additional in processing and then given a checklist and directed to report to their supervisor.

New Army Medicine Civilians will then complete all needed in processing in their work unit and scheduled for the next available two day New Employee Orientation, or NEO, usually held at the first of every month.
