Social Work Service 

Social Work Service provides comprehensive services to all MAMC beneficiaries. We serve as an advocate for the psycho-social well being of those we serve. As an essential member of your health care team we stand ready to assist all patients and their families. 

Mission 
To assist individuals, families, and the community in coping with family violence, illness, disability, accidents, hospitalization and individual/family dysfunction. 

PURPOSE
We will advocate for the total well-being of soldiers, families, and units so that they can make a maximum contribution to mission accomplishment.

PROFESSIONALISM
We will deliberately use knowledge and skills to attain desired results for which we are accountable.

CONCERN
We will demonstrate compassion, empathy, and care in identifying and attending to the particular needs of the Army, soldiers, and their families.

INTEGRITY
We will have the moral courage, honesty, loyalty, compassion, and candor to say and do what is right, proper, and just.

STEWARDSHIP
We will develop, guard, and be accountable for available resources and we will seek ways to enhance the usefulness, value, and longevity of those resources.

INNOVATION
We will creatively identify and develop resources and promote activities which enhance the total wellness of the Army.

ACHIEVEMENT
We will promote the health, welfare, and high state of readiness of units, soldiers, families, and the military community.

INTEGRATION
We will combine our skills and knowledge as soldiers, medics, and Social Workers in support of soldiers, families, and the military community.
