Patient Advocacy is located in Madigan Army Medical Center and can be reached by taking I-5 Exit 122 and turning onto Beaumont Avenue into the Medical Mall Purple Parking Lot. Patient Advocates are located down the East Corridor on the second floor from the Medical Mall. Patient Advocates are located in the Patient Assistance Center in room 2-57-C2 just across from Provost Marshal.


Madigan’s Patient Advocacy Office is here to help patients' unresolved needs are met and to ensure our patients are satisfied with their medical care with the utmost dignity and respect our patients deserve.

Our mission is to expedite their processing through the system, and to enhance the relationship between the patient and the staff at Madigan. Madigan’s patient advocates are here to ensure your concerns and suggestions are properly addressed. We are ready to assist you with any situation in which our hospital staff may not be able to provide immediate resolution.

Feel free to call us with your concerns, suggestions and compliments. We strive to provide the best healthcare program to all beneficiaries and with your feedback; we will continuously seek better alternatives to provide these services. Your concerns are always important to us.

APLSS Survey

Additionally you may receive a survey in the mail a few days after your medical appointment at Madigan. This survey is called the Army Provider Level Satisfaction Survey. The APLSS, or “apples survey”, as we call it, can be done online or by phone. This feedback is critical for us since patients are the most important part of our job at Madigan and we need your feedback to on how we are doing. Your survey comments will help us improve or delivery of care for you. The next time you receive an APLSS survey in the mail, please take a few moments to respond. We would really appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
