REPORTING OF ISSUES:

The Patient Advocate Office has staff available to assist with questions, concerns or compliments, and provide information about services at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC).

LOCATION:  Second floor of the Medical Mall in room 2-57-3.

PHONE:  253/968-1145

HOURS:  Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. The office is closed on all MAMC Training Holidays and Federal Holidays. We are also closed on special days throughout the year as directed by the Commander, MAMC.

Most problems and concerns are best resolved in the clinic, department, ward or area providing care for you and your family. We suggest that you first talk with Unit or Clinic’s Officer in Charge (OIC); Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) or the Administrative Officer (AO).  If you still have concerns, please call or visit our office. We will work with on your behalf to address your concerns and find a solution.

Issues/Questions/Compliments can be communicated in several ways:

1.) You can visit our office during the hours listed above.

2.) You can leave a message by calling (253) 968-1145.  Any message left after duty hours will be returned the following business day. Please leave your name, last four numbers of the sponsor social security number, and telephone number(s) so we may contact you.

3.) Comment cards are available for suggestions/concerns/compliments at each clinic location and both the information desks located at the entrances to the Medical Mall and Inpatient Tower. The comment cards can be left at the clinic, dropped in the secured boxes provided at the information desks or folded and mailed to the address provided on the card.
