The Madigan-South Sound Community Medical Home brings military medicine closer to home for military families. Community based medical homes are primarily designed for active duty family members. However, both active duty family members and military retirees are currently enrolled to this clinic. Although retiree enrollment is limited.

The Madigan-South Sound Community Medical Home provides the following walk-in services for its established patients, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (closed from Noon - 1:00 p.m. daily)

  • Pregnancy Testing
  • Weight Checks
  • Suture Removal (if sutures were placed at the Madigan-South Sound Community Medical Home)

The Madigan-South Sound is open to military family members and a limited number of retirees and their families with active duty dependent and military retiree beneficiary status living in, and around the Olympia and Lacey, WA area.
