GETTING HEREIf you arrive by commercial airline, information and assistance are available at the USO in the Seattle-Tacoma (SEA-TAC) International Airport. Shuttle service is available from the airport directly to Madigan Army Medical Center. While awaiting transportation, you and your family may relax in the USO lounge on the second floor.
If you are driving (see map), you should have no trouble finding Madigan AMC. Interstate 5 goes right through the post, Exit 120 will take you to Ft Lewis main gate, which is open 24-hours a day.
If you arrive by train, Tacoma is the stop nearest to Madigan. Taxi and bus service are available from the station. Those traveling by bus can make connections directly to Fort Lewis.

Madigan is located in the vicinity of Tacoma, north of the Main Post of Fort Lewis, in the evergreen state of Washington. It can be reached either from Exit 122 off Interstate 5 or through Fort Lewis itself. A current vehicle sticker is required to access the gates. If you do not have a current sticker, go to the Fort Lewis Visitor's Booth, Main Gate, for a visitor's pass.
