MAMC Memorandum Number 40-28 (MAMC internal viewing only) provides guidance on a comprehensive Public Health Program for the prevention, evaluation, case management, treatment and overall control of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) among soldiers at Fort Lewis and in the beneficiary population of Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC).  This memorandum applies to all MAMC treatment facilities and patient care areas involved in the diagnosis, treatment and control of STD.
