TRICARE Online will be Unavailable 4-13 Dec

The TRICARE Online (TOL) system planned maintenance upgrade, originally scheduled for 13 November, has been postponed to 4 December 2009. All TOL services, including Online Patient Appointing, Pharmacy Prescription Refilling and Non-Availability Statement (NAS) processing, will remain available until the maintenance upgrade occurs. The TOL Project Office will update this notification in the very near future. Thank you for using TOL.

The TOL Project Office is currently working on:

  • Reduction of the project 9 day outage estimate
  • Updated guidance regarding the NAS processing during our projected service outage.
  • Update message with instruction on booking appointments during our projected outage.

Confidential Alcohol Treatment & Education Program (CATEP)

Purpose
To increase Soldier self-referrals to the Clinical Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) and promote earlier identification of Soldiers with alcohol problems

Goals

  • Reduce stigma of asking for assistance for alcohol-related concerns through evening and weekend hour services;
  • Enhance Soldier alcohol-related treatment efforts;
  • Assess whether additional confidentiality procedures increase Soldier request for assistance with alcohol use issues

Eligibility

  • Alcohol use issues only, no drug referrals
  • Soldiers who have not had an alcohol-related incident

Benefits of CATEP Participation

  •  Can be promoted while receiving treatment
  •  Can re-enlist while receiving treatment
  •  Can participate and complete treatment without commander notification
  •  Treatment is available after duty hours
  •  You can choose to receive services BEFORE you have an alcohol-related incident

Hours of Operation:
Tuesday through Friday 1200-2100 hours
Saturday 0900-1700

Patient Appointments are made through the TRICARE regional Appointment Center (TRAC) at 1-800-404-4506. The TRAC is open 0700 - 1800 hrs, Monday thru Friday.
